RevenueMend provides business consulting, diagnostic audits, conversion and lead-recovery services, software workspace access, configuration, automation, website and visibility services, and related implementation support.

The Revenue Systems Audit (previously named Revenue Leak Audit) is a customized diagnostic service based on the information and public or authorized data available at the time of review. Findings are recommendations, not guarantees of rankings, leads, revenue, conversion rates, or any specific financial result.

RevenueMend Core includes the client workspace and the setup/configuration described at checkout. The standard activation purchase shown at checkout includes a one-time setup fee and the first RevenueMend Core billing period. Some modules require the customer to connect third-party accounts, complete provider verification, approve permissions, or wait for a provider or carrier review. A module is not represented as active until RevenueMend shows it as live or otherwise confirms activation.

The RevenueMend Core monthly subscription renews automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Customers may cancel at any time through the available Stripe billing portal or another cancellation method provided by RevenueMend. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues through the already-paid billing period. Any price change will be disclosed before it takes effect as required by applicable law.

Third-party platforms may impose their own rules, approval timelines, usage charges, availability limits, or outages. RevenueMend does not guarantee approval by Meta, Google, Microsoft, carriers, social networks, payment providers, or other external providers.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, maintaining lawful rights to connected accounts and content, and completing required password, MFA, CAPTCHA, consent, or compliance steps themselves. RevenueMend will not ask customers to send passwords through ordinary chat or email.

Audit turnaround is normally targeted for 24 to 48 hours after RevenueMend receives the information reasonably required to perform the work. Payment and business details may place a customer in the setup queue, but the implementation activation target begins only after RevenueMend receives the access and approvals reasonably required to perform the purchased setup. Provider-dependent steps may take longer when controlled by third parties.

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the RevenueMend Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
