Revenue Systems Audit: $149

This is the diagnostic previously named Revenue Leak Audit. The name change does not change the price or refund terms.

You may request a full refund before RevenueMend begins substantive audit work. Substantive work includes manual analysis, paid or metered research, website scanning performed for your order, or preparation of your client report.

Once substantive audit work has begun, the audit fee is generally non-refundable because the service is customized to your business and professional time and research costs have been incurred. Once the completed audit report has been delivered, the audit fee is non-refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or another refund required by applicable law.

Our normal audit delivery target is 24 to 48 hours after we receive the website and information reasonably required to begin. If RevenueMend has not delivered the audit within three business days after receiving the required information, and the delay was not caused by missing customer information, access issues, or an external provider outage, you may request cancellation for a full refund before the report is delivered.

RevenueMend activation: first $1,692 payment

The standard RevenueMend activation charge is $1,692, consisting of the $995 one-time setup fee plus the first $697 monthly RevenueMend Core billing period.

You may request a full refund of the $1,692 activation charge before RevenueMend begins substantive implementation work and before RevenueMend Core access or meaningful managed service has begun.

Substantive implementation work includes workspace provisioning, account connections, configuration, website work, automation setup, paid provider usage, or other customer-specific implementation work.

Once substantive implementation work begins, the setup portion may become non-refundable to the extent work has been performed or external costs have been incurred. The Core portion is generally non-refundable once workspace access, meaningful managed service, or substantial paid provider usage for that billing period has begun.

If RevenueMend determines that it cannot provide the purchased core implementation for reasons within RevenueMend’s control, RevenueMend will refund the unearned portion of the activation charge.

RevenueMend Core: recurring subscription

RevenueMend Core renews automatically at the billing interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the available billing portal or other cancellation method provided by RevenueMend. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Current subscription periods are generally non-refundable. As a customer-friendly exception, if a monthly renewal was accidental, contact RevenueMend within 48 hours of the renewal. If no material managed work, paid provider usage, or other substantial service usage occurred after that renewal, RevenueMend will generally refund the accidental renewal.

How approved refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever the payment provider supports it. A customer does not need to provide RevenueMend with a bank account to receive a standard card refund.

RevenueMend will submit an approved refund promptly. The time it takes to appear on the customer’s statement depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank or card issuer. If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, RevenueMend will coordinate an appropriate alternative consistent with provider rules and applicable law.

Third-party and media costs

Advertising spend, carrier charges, purchased credits, paid data, third-party platform charges, and other external costs already incurred specifically for a customer are non-refundable once incurred unless the third-party provider reverses the charge.

Billing errors

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and other verified billing errors will be corrected. Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be waived.

Effective September 24, 2026.
