RevenueMend collects information you voluntarily provide when purchasing, activating, connecting, or using services, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website, market, workspace settings, uploaded content, and information needed to configure or deliver the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. RevenueMend does not store full card numbers. Stripe may provide order, customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status information needed to confirm purchases and manage billing.

When you connect a third-party service, RevenueMend may process the account identifiers, permissions, content, lead or booking data, analytics, and other information required for the feature you chose to use. Passwords, MFA codes, CAPTCHAs, and sensitive provider approvals should be entered directly into the provider or secure connection flow rather than sent through ordinary chat or email.

We may use analytics and advertising technologies from providers such as Google and Meta to understand visits, measure advertising performance, prevent duplicate conversion reporting, and improve our marketing. These technologies may use cookies, browser identifiers, advertising click identifiers, pages viewed, referring campaign parameters, and conversion events. We do not send full payment-card details to advertising platforms.

We may use service providers for hosting, database and authentication, payments, website and search intelligence, communications, analytics, media processing, social publishing, and other functions needed to deliver or improve RevenueMend. We use customer information to provide requested services, maintain workspace security, communicate about an account or order, prevent abuse, measure performance, and meet legal or financial obligations.

RevenueMend does not sell customer personal information. You may request correction or deletion of information that we are not legally required to retain. Browser settings and applicable advertising-platform controls may also let you limit certain cookies or personalized advertising.

Customer support contact information is provided through checkout, payment receipts, or your RevenueMend relationship.
